ServTrax testimonial letter
To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to take the opportunity to provide this letter of reference for
Arun Sinha, Access Consulting, Inc. Arun Sinha was instrumental in
helping ServTrax put together a complex technical white paper on the
ServTrax business for one of our prospective clients. This paper is
currently being reviewed by senior management level IT professionals at
a large, state technology agency, which spends $600 million per year
supporting the state IT infrastructure.
The project entailed review of research, both internal and external
documents, one-on-one indepth briefing discussion with me, drafting an
initial document, finalizing a draft review document for the client,
editing and addition to a second draft document, and finalizing the
deliverable document. Our process chronology:

Early discussions in formulating a proposal: costs, time, scope of
work, deliverable

Go ahead was given on a Friday with delivery scheduled for Sunday
evening
-
Work progressed, with 2 – 3 extensive phone calls during work in
progress
-
A 7 page draft, ServTrax prospective, client review document was
delivered by Sunday evening
-
I put the finishing touches to the document with some additions and
edits
-
The document was sent to the President, ServTrax early Monday morning
-
The state agency client met with ServTrax for an hour and a half to
discuss and review the white paper. He was seeing the document for the
first time in this meeting.

The client felt it was well done and right on target and only
highlighted one point, capitalized costs vs. expense treatment…this is
not applicable for client’s organization.
Following this review, ServTrax chose to add more content and refine the
document further. The scope of this edit process included:

Review of extensive markup by ServTrax team, review of more
research, development of a couple of charts, extensive phone briefing,
and rewrite and editing
-
Work progressed with very little hands-on guidance

The document was completed and delivered in 6 days from Friday to the following
Wednesday
-
I again went through final edits and refinement
-
A 15 page document with charts, quotations, and content was delivered to the
client the following Monday.

It is currently being reviewed by the senior IT agency management.
Arun Sinha was a real pleasure to work with. His ability to look at,
recommend, and implement his approach, helped to clearly, uniquely,
objectively, and seamlessly deliver the critical elements of the
ServTrax solution. This white paper is serving as an important direct
communication to the state technology agency in positioning the ServTrax
solution. Future marketing communications materials will be developed
